Serata Search (UK) Ltd was launched in May 2010 on the back of over ten year’s solid industry experience. The vision was to establish a recruitment consultancy which offered a much more personal service for clients and candidates alike. The business has experienced significant growth since 2010 and is continuing to expand further.
We have a broad candidate database which is continually growing and we source candidates through creative and extensive means, including head hunting, and recruit for support staff through to senior level board executives.
As a business we recruit nationally, working with a wide range of companies in a variety of markets, ranging from small enterprises to international corporations. We take immense pride in having worked with a number of our clients for many years and continue to build our client base through recommendations and referrals.
